Return Process

  Ensure your item is within 30 days of purchase and is at least 75% full to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Email our hive at support@beautyfrombees.ca with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the products back to our facility.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
